Mussini Family is devoted to the art of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena production since 1909. In that year the first bottles found their home under the roof of the first vinegar factory in Magreta, Modena.
Today, after more than a century, we keep on producing our precious Balsamic like then, respecting and following thoroughly those traditional methods handed down from father to son, but with a modern and certified structure based in the plains near the foothills of Modena Appenines.
The wide range of Casa Mussini products enhance the Joie de vivre of our people and their good-food culture, a philosophy based on the excellence and authenticity of the products, obtained with passion and the patient man’s work.
All of our products are a tribute to our homeland, Modena, which, thanks to an ultra modern agriculture and to the past’s traditions, is able to give us DOP products, whose excellence is acknowledged European-wise, as in the case of Prosciutto of Modena, Parmigiano Reggiano, Lambrusco and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
The tradition of a secular culture and the quality of unique products, make Mussini a culinary atelier, which helps to spread the culture of Modena tradition.
